About
Ich Dien Solutions is a veteran owned and run leadership and training consultancy. In addition to leadership workshops and training analysis we are happy to come to your place of work and talk to individuals and teams about leadership at the local level, and how some dilemmas can be resolved.
Ich Dien Solutions also offers leadership support including coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. All are proven methods of helping individuals overcome conscious and unconscious barriers to their success; coaching can also be used with teams. Additionally Ich Dien Solutions offers public speaking and the chairing of conferences.
The People Behind the Company
The Director of Ich Dien Solutions Ltd is Andy Hadfield. Andy served in the Army for 37 years, 32 of those years in leadership positions, finishing in a senior leadership position responsible for over 4000 people.
He is both experientially and academically qualified in leadership and training, and is a professional yacht skipper and instructor. The other member of the team is Hilary Elsy who works as a GP in Primary Healthcare, and is our clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist; she is also interested in sailing.
Whats on for 2024
In 2024 we are running leadership and resilience continuous professional development on board a large sailing vessel off Tyneside, a project we call Sailing CPD.
Dates in May have been set, 20-22, and we are hoping to run more in June, July and August. Conducting CPD on the sea takes people out of their comfort zone and optimises training and builds confidence. The professional team on board will ensure all attendees are kept between their comfort and stretch zone, and out of the panic zone where teaching can’t happen.
This is unique to the North East and is a great way to see the River Tyne and the North East coast from a different perspective.
