Who We Are

Highly qualified and motivated professionals

Andy spent 37 years in the Army and is bringing what he learned there, and through life, to help you with your leadership and management difficulties and dilemmas. Since leaving he has retrained as a coach, ready to help you to find the answers to the challenges you face. He's also a professional yacht skipper and instructor.

Hilary has worked for the NHS for almost 40 years and is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist. She can help you overcome subconscious barriers that are limiting your potential as a manager or leader.

Current Initiatives

In 2024 we are running leadership and resilience continuous professional development on board a large sailing vessel off Tyneside.

The professional team on board wil ensure all attendees are kept between their comfort and stretch zones where learning is optimised, and out of their panic zone where learning doesn't happen.

This is unique to the North East and is a great way to see the River Tyne and the North East coast from a different perspective.
